zrsPOS connects Shopify POS to the SAGE you already run. The sale is paid at the till, the document is issued in your own série, the receipt prints, and it is attached to the order. No spreadsheets, no double entry, no surprises at month end.
SAGE remains the certified issuer. zrsPOS orchestrates.
How it works
The sale is paid at the till
Staff sell in Shopify POS as always. If the customer gives a NIF, the zrsPOS tile captures it and keeps it on the customer record.
SAGE issues the document
Right after the sale: simplified invoice or invoice-receipt, in that store’s série and warehouse, with the right VAT and tender.
The receipt prints
On that till’s printer: Epson with Server Direct Print, any ESC/POS printer through the zrsPOS Print app or the PrintBox, or direct send.
It all lands on the order
The document is attached to the Shopify order: A4, receipt, SAGE original, reprint, email. Refunds and exchanges issue the returns document you chose.

NIF at the till
Captured and validated, with customer lookup and profile sync. No NIF, simplified invoice up to the store’s limit; with NIF, invoice-receipt.
Printing that holds up
Per till, with a queue, retries and warnings when a printer is offline. No receipts lost in silence.
Refunds and exchanges
The returns document in the right série, referencing the original, and store credit when you use it.
Tax Free (Global Blue)
Included in every plan; requires a contract with Global Blue. The tile flags the sale, the tablet captures the traveller, the form prints.
Document templates
A4 and receipt in your own colours and logo — and never able to hide what the law requires.
Portuguese and English
The whole app, the POS, the manual and the documents. The document language is yours, not ours.
Many stores
Série, warehouse, printers and desks per store. Included documents are shared across them.
Your SAGE is the issuer
zrsPOS is not an invoicing program: your SAGE is the issuer, with its own certification, numbering and ATCUD. What we do is make sure every POS sale gets there correctly, exactly once, and comes back on paper in the customer’s hand.
Priced per location, documents shared
You pick the plan inside the app and confirm it on Shopify. Included documents are pooled across your locations; when they run out an extra pack is bought automatically, and unused pack documents roll over.
