SAGE company not read

What you see

In the admin, on Settings › SAGE connection, marked Needs attention with this title, and on Home among what needs you. Code: ZP-COMPANY-UNREAD.

What happened

zrsPOS has not read the SAGE company’s name and NIF yet, which are the ones printed on documents.

What to do

1. In Settings › SAGE connection, press the connection test. zrsPOS reads the company’s name and NIF and keeps them.
2. If the test passes but the NIF stays empty, the company data in SAGE has no NIF. The company settings of SAGE cannot be changed through the API: ask your SAGE partner to fill them in, then test again.

zrsPOS never prints or sends a fiscal document without the company’s NIF.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

Yes for the reading: the connection test reads the company and stores it. Filling in missing company data in SAGE is the SAGE partner’s job.
