Templates

Templates decide how A4 invoices and thermal receipts look. One default template; add a template per store or série when a store needs a different look. Most specific wins: store + série, then store, then série, then the default.

The editor

General settings — style (classic, compact, modern, elevated), language, accent colour, where the company's fiscal details go, logo size, contact lines, advanced layout (font scale, spacing, QR size, margins, colours), which fields to show, header and footer notes.

Document elements — every element of the document, grouped by zone. Click one to hide it, change its spacing, typography, colour or borders. Legally required elements cannot be hidden. Parts of a line (colour, size, SKU, discount) can be hidden individually.

Preview — renders live through the same code that prints the real document. Switch the sample document type (FS, FR, FT, NC, NRE, ND) and, for receipts, the copy variant (original, 2nd copy, customer copy, merchant copy with signature).

What cannot change

Some content is required by law on a certified document and stays on every template, whatever the style: the document type and number, date, your company name and NIF, the customer NIF when there is one, line quantities, prices and VAT, the VAT summary and exemption reasons, references on credit notes, the ATCUD, the QR code, the certification line and the transport notice. The editor shows these elements without a "hide" option, and the server refuses to hide them too.

Long documents continue on a second A4 page with the column header repeated and the page number at the top right; the QR and legal block sit on the last page. Any A4 delivered after the till receipt (a download or an e-mail) is marked as a copy ("2.ª via").
