Documents

Documents in the app lists every certified document zrsPOS issued, newest first, searchable by order, document number, customer, NIF or ATCUD. Each opens as your A4, the thermal receipt, or SAGE's own PDF.

Needs attention

A card appears above the list only when there is something to do:

• Sales not issued — SAGE did not accept them or was unreachable. They retry automatically; Retry now forces a sweep and adopts any document SAGE created after all. Never repeat the sale.
• Alerts — a fiscal rule was tripped: an order edited after invoicing, a cancelled order that still has a document, an FS over the limit. These need a human: correct in SAGE, then Mark handled.

On the Shopify order

The order page shows the same documents with links and a Print button that lets you pick a printer. Documents can also be emailed to the customer from there.
