From SAGE

SAGE is the certified issuer, so your legal name, NIF, address, postal code and locality come from the SAGE company record and print on every document. If any of these is wrong, fix it in SAGE; the change appears here after the next connection test.

What you set here

• Company name as printed, if you want it to differ from the legal name (for example a brand name). Leave empty to use SAGE's.
• Extra address line printed under SAGE's address (a floor, a shop name).
• Share capital, phone, email, website — contact lines on the document.
• Document language — the fixed texts on invoices and receipts. Customer names and products print as they are.
• Logo — PNG or JPG up to 1 MB. Prints on A4 invoices and thermal receipts.

Placeholders in the fields show what your SAGE already has, so you know what appears if you leave a field empty.
