Custom-sale item is missing

What you see

On a document that did not issue: in the admin, Documents (the document shows as failed and this title is its probable cause) and on the Home card "Needs attention". At the till, the zrsPOS tile shows it as a line under the sale. The title is exactly: Custom-sale item is missing.

What happened

A POS custom sale (no product) has a VAT rate with no SAGE custom-sale item yet.

What to do

1. Open SAGE items.
2. In Custom sales, find the VAT rate named on the document and pick a SAGE item for it, or create it (see below).
3. Save, then press Try again on the document.
