New-customer defaults missing

What you see

In the admin, on SAGE items, the New customers in SAGE row marked "Needs attention", and on the Home page under "Needs attention". Code: ZP-CUSTOMER-MISSING.

What happened

The country, tax status or zone zrsPOS uses to create a customer with a NIF in SAGE is missing.

What to do

Open SAGE items › New customers in SAGE and choose the Country, the VAT regime ("IVA" for a normal buyer in Portugal) and the VAT zone (the SAGE VAT zone of that country). Save. The lists are your SAGE’s own tables; if a country or zone is missing, add it in SAGE.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?
