Islands tax zone not confirmed

What you see

In the admin, on Settings › Stores, at the island store, marked Needs attention with the title Islands tax zone not confirmed, and on Home among what needs you. It can also appear against a failed document in Documents.

What happened

zrsPOS has not yet confirmed that your SAGE charges the Madeira/Azores VAT rates on documents, so this store cannot go live yet.

What to do

1. This applies to stores in Madeira or the Azores. Write to support@zrspos.com with the support code below.
2. We check with you and your accountant that your SAGE charges the island VAT rates on documents.
3. Once confirmed, the store leaves "Needs attention" on its own.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No, not yet. Confirming the island VAT is done with you and your accountant, by hand, with our support. Until then the store cannot go live.
