SAGE functions could not be confirmed

What you see

In the admin, on Settings › SAGE connection, marked Needs attention with this title, and on Home among what needs you. Code: ZP-LICENCE-UNKNOWN.

What happened

SAGE did not say which version it is or which functions are licensed, so zrsPOS cannot confirm them.

What to do

1. In Settings › SAGE connection, press the connection test again.
2. If the card stays, SAGE is not telling its version or which functions are licensed. Ask your SAGE partner to confirm that the SmartAPI licence is active on your company.

Licences are managed by SAGE and your partner; zrsPOS can only read them.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. This one needs your SAGE partner.
