Shopify location not decided

What you see

In the admin, on Settings › Stores, marked Needs attention with this title, and on Home among what needs you. The card names the Shopify location. Code: ZP-LOCATION-UNDECIDED.

What happened

This Shopify location has no zrsPOS settings yet: sales made there would not be issued.

What to do

Decide for that location, in Settings › Stores:

• If it sells on the POS, set it up: pick its série and document types and the other fields the card lists.
• If it never sells at a till, answer "Does it sell on POS?" with No — this location never sells at a till.

Then save. The série and the document types must already exist in SAGE; creating a série or communicating it to the AT is done in SAGE by your partner, not through zrsPOS.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. zrsPOS cannot know whether a location sells on the POS. It needs your decision.
