The store’s payment term is not in SAGE

What you see

In the admin, as a card on the store in Stores, and at the Payment term field of the store’s Documents & SAGE codes. Code: ZP-PAYMENT-TERM-MISSING.

What happened

The payment term this store’s documents carry does not exist in SAGE, so SAGE refuses them.

What to do

1. Open the store in Stores, then Documents & SAGE codes.
2. At Payment term, choose one of your SAGE’s payment terms.
3. If your SAGE has no immediate payment term, press Create in SAGE: zrsPOS creates “Pronto pagamento” (0 days) after you confirm.
4. Save the page.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

Yes, after you confirm. It checks SAGE first (an immediate term SAGE already has is used, nothing is created), creates “Pronto pagamento”, reads it back from SAGE and saves it for the store.
