What you see

On the Plan page, in the status line at the top, and on Home under "Needs attention". Code: ZP-PLAN-MISSING.

What happened

The shop has no plan yet, so zrsPOS cannot issue documents: sales are kept, not issued.

What to do

On the Plan page, choose a plan and approve it in Shopify. Your free trial starts when you approve it; until then no POS sale is issued. The plan covers the stores that sell at a till.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. Approving a plan is done by you, in Shopify.
