Confirm this step for the new company

What you see

In the admin, on the step concerned, as a card marked "Needs attention" with this title, after the SAGE company behind the connection changed. Code: ZP-STEP-RECONFIRM.

What happened

The SAGE company changed, so this step’s choices must be confirmed again for the new company.

What to do

1. Open each step the card lists and review its choices against the new company: séries, items, SAGE payment methods and so on may be different there.
2. Correct what no longer fits and press Save. Saving is the confirmation.
3. Then do the test sale again in Go live: the new company’s test document must be read back from SAGE before the shop goes live again.

Choices made for the old company are not carried over silently, because a série or an item with the same code can mean something else in another company.
