The zrsPOS tile is missing on the tablet

What you see

In the admin, on the tablet's page (Settings › Stores › the store › its tablets), as a card with the title The zrsPOS tile is missing on the tablet, and on the Home page under "Needs attention".

What happened

This store’s tablet does not have the zrsPOS tile on the POS home screen.

What to do

1. On the tablet, open Shopify POS and go to the home screen.
2. Tap Add tile (or edit the home screen) and add zrsPOS.
3. Back on the tablet's page in Stores, check the tablet again.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. Only Shopify POS on the tablet can add the tile; the app cannot do it for you. The tablet's page shows you where to tap.
