No Tax Free desk for this store

What you see

In the admin under Settings › Tax Free, on the store’s row in Desks, and as a card on Home. Title: “No Tax Free desk for this store”. Code: ZP-TAXFREE-DESK-MISSING.

What happened

Tax Free is on, but this store has no Global Blue desk: the ShopID Global Blue gave the store is not saved. Its sales can’t get a Tax Free form, so the POS does not offer Tax Free at this store.

What to do

1. Open Settings › Tax Free in the admin, then the store’s desk.
2. Type the ShopID Global Blue gave it. The DeskID is learned on the first form.
3. If the store has a Global Blue login of its own, choose it and type it; otherwise it signs in with the account login.
4. Press Test login.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No: the ShopID comes from your contract with Global Blue. zrsPOS checks the login when you test it and learns the DeskID by itself.
