Global Blue test environment

What you see

In the admin under Settings › Tax Free, on the Global Blue account row, and as a card on Home. Title: “Global Blue test environment”. Code: ZP-TAXFREE-TEST-ENVIRONMENT.

What happened

The shop issues documents already, but its Global Blue account is set to the test environment. Forms issued there are not real: the traveller gets no VAT refund from them.

What to do

  1. Open Settings › Tax Free › Global Blue account.
  2. Choose Production and type the production login Global Blue gave you.
  3. Press Test login.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No: the production login comes from Global Blue. zrsPOS asks before it switches to Production and tests the login when you ask.
