Unknown store

What you see

On the POS, on the Till tile (or in the admin, on the Till close page), a message appears with this title when you open, close or reopen the till. The title is “Unknown store”. Code: ZP-TILL-LOCATION-UNKNOWN.

What happened

This location is not one of the shop’s stores in zrsPOS.

What to do

The store must exist in Settings › Stores with its own série. Add or fix it there, then try again. A Shopify location that is not used for sales (a warehouse, for example) does not have a till.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. This one needs a person.
