The série has no till close document (FCX)

What you see

On the Till tile, or in the admin on the Till close page, a close shows as not sent to SAGE, or tapping Send to SAGE again gives a message with this title. The title is “The série has no till close document (FCX)”. Code: ZP-FCX-MISSING.

What happened

In SAGE, the store’s série lacks the document type of the till close document (FCX), so the close cannot be sent.

What to do

On the store's page, open the guided task from the problem's row: the task Register a série with the AT lists what your SAGE partner does in SAGE, including enabling the till close document (FCX) on this store's série (the task in the manual). Then, in Settings › Stores, check the store again, and send the kept close with Send to SAGE again. Until then the close stays in zrsPOS with all its figures.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. Creating a document type in SAGE is a SAGE-side job (SAGE support or your partner); zrsPOS never creates it.
