A location is not set up

What you see

On a document that did not issue: in the admin, Documents (the document shows as failed and this title is its probable cause) and on the Home card "Needs attention". At the till, the zrsPOS tile shows it as a line under the sale. The title is exactly: A location is not set up.

What happened

A sale happened at a Shopify location that has no fiscal settings in zrsPOS yet.

What to do

1. Open Settings › Stores.
2. Find the Shopify location named on the card (a new shop or till location is a common cause).
3. Set its série, document types and warehouse, and save.
4. Press Try again on the documents that failed for this location.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

In part. zrsPOS proposes the settings it finds in your SAGE for the location. You confirm the série and warehouse; it cannot create séries or register them with the AT.
