Online order unreadable in Shopify

What you see

In the admin, on Documents, under Needs you, with this title, and on the Home page. Code: ZP-ONLINE-LOOKUP.

What happened

zrsPOS could not read the order from Shopify to match it to the online invoice (no Admin API access, or the order does not exist).

What to do

1. Open the app once from the Shopify admin (Apps → zrsPOS) so Shopify access is renewed.
2. Back in Documents, press Try again.

If it still fails, check that the order still exists in Shopify (it may have been deleted).

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

Yes, once access is renewed: Try again reads the order again and goes on.
