The paper width is not the one the printer reports

What you see

In the admin, on the printer's page in Printing & delivery, at its paper width, and on the Home page as a warning. It names the printer and both widths. Code: ZP-PRINTER-PAPER-WIDTH. It never stops your shop from going live.

What happened

The print app found paper of another width in this printer than the one chosen in the admin. zrsPOS keeps your choice — a sync never overwrites it — but receipts may come out cut or narrow.

What to do

Check the roll in the printer. If the printer's paper is right, choose that width on the printer's page; if your choice is right, put the right roll in. The warning goes away once the two agree.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. zrsPOS never changes a width you chose: only you know which roll the store uses.
