The printer has not been checked recently

What you see

In the admin, on the printer's page in Settings › Printing & delivery › Printers, as a card marked "Needs attention" with this title, and on the Home page under "Needs attention". It names the printer. Code: ZP-PRINTER-UNCHECKED.

What happened

This printer’s last print or test went well, but more than 7 days ago (or there is none in the last 30 days), so zrsPOS does not know whether it still answers.

What to do

In Settings › Printing & delivery › Printers, open the printer and press Print a test on …. When the test prints, the printer counts as checked again and the card goes away. If nothing prints, the printer is not answering: see "The printer is not answering".

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

Partly. zrsPOS notes the printer as checked whenever it prints; a printer that prints nothing for a week needs a test from you.
