SAGE answers for another company

What you see

On SAGE connection, after Test connection: the test found another company (another NIF) behind the saved address and key. The page shows both companies and their NIFs.

What happened

The last test found another company (another NIF) in this SAGE. Documents are issued for the company saved in zrsPOS.

What to do

1. If the SAGE company really changed, open SAGE connection, press Save and confirm the company change. Issuing pauses, and each page with SAGE values (Stores, SAGE items, Payments and the others) asks you to confirm it again.
2. If it did not change, put back your company's address and access key, then press Test connection.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. zrsPOS never changes company without your confirmation. The Open button on the card takes you straight to the test.
