SAGE certificate error
What you see
On Settings › SAGE connection, at the field it concerns, with the title SAGE certificate error, after you save or test the connection. If it happens while selling, it also shows on the failed document in Documents, on the Home card "Needs attention", and as a line under the sale on the zrsPOS tile at the till.
What happened
Certificate error: the HTTPS certificate is self-signed, expired or for another address.
What to do
- Ask your SAGE partner or IT person for a valid HTTPS certificate for the address you use (not self-signed, not expired, issued for that exact name).
- Install it on the SmartAPI.
- If you changed the address, update it in Settings › SAGE connection.
- Press Test connection. The card disappears when SAGE answers.
Can zrsPOS do it for you?
No. This is not something zrsPOS can fix from our side; it depends on your SAGE, your network or your SAGE partner.
