Sale zrsPOS did not issue, by decision

What you see

In the admin, on Documents, under Skipped: sales zrsPOS issued nothing for, each with its order, when it was sold and why. Code: ZP-SALE-SKIPPED.

What happened

zrsPOS issued nothing for the sale on purpose, for one of these reasons:

• its store was paused when it was sold, or issuing was paused at every store;
• it is a return of an online order, and Online returns and exchanges is switched Off: it is listed as "not issued by decision".

zrsPOS does not try these again, even after the pause ends. Only the stores zrsPOS invoices are listed: a location that does not sell at a till never appears here.

What to do

1. Decide whether the sale needs a document. A sale made during a pause usually does.
2. If it does, issue it by hand in SAGE.
3. On Documents, open the sale and press I issued it in SAGE. Type the SAGE document number as printed (for example "FR LP/2026/90"). The sale moves to Archived with that number.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No: these were not issued by decision, so a person decides. To have zrsPOS issue the sales that come next, resume the store on its page (Settings › Stores), or switch online returns back on (Settings › Online returns and exchanges).
