The store’s SAGE salesman code is not usable

What you see

In the admin, as a card on the store in Stores, and at the SAGE salesman code field of the store’s Documents & SAGE codes. Code: ZP-SALESPERSON-MISSING.

What happened

This store’s SAGE salesman code does not exist in SAGE, or is inactive — and SAGE refuses a document with an inactive salesman. Sales without a salesperson code of their own wait.

What to do

1. Open the store in Stores, then Documents & SAGE codes.
2. At SAGE salesman code, choose an active SAGE salesman. Only active ones are offered.
3. If your SAGE has no active salesman, press Create in SAGE: zrsPOS says what it will create and waits for you to confirm.
4. Save the page.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

Yes, after you confirm. It checks SAGE first (a salesman that works is used, nothing is created), creates one named after the store, reads it back from SAGE and saves it for the store. It never reactivates an inactive salesman: it may be a person who left.
