The shipping item is missing

What you see

On a document that did not issue: in the admin, Documents (the document shows as failed and this title is its probable cause) and on the Home card "Needs attention". At the till, the zrsPOS tile shows it as a line under the sale. The title is exactly: The shipping item is missing.

What happened

The sale charges shipping and the shipping item is not set in SAGE items.

What to do

1. Open SAGE items.
2. In Shipping, pick the SAGE item used for delivery charges, or create it (see below).
3. Save, then press Try again on the document.
