Location not set up yet

What you see

On a document that did not issue: in the admin, Documents (the document shows as failed and this title is its probable cause) and on the Home card "Needs attention". At the till, the zrsPOS tile shows it as a line under the sale. The title is exactly: Location not set up yet.

What happened

The location where the sale or return happened is not set up in zrsPOS yet (series, document types, warehouse).

What to do

1. Open Settings › Stores and find the Shopify location named on the document.
2. Set its série, document types and warehouse, and save.
3. Open Settings › SAGE items and check that location has its items.
4. Press Try again on the document in Documents; it issues if the cause is fixed.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

In part. zrsPOS proposes the settings it finds in your SAGE for each location, and creates missing items after you confirm. You still choose the série and warehouse, and zrsPOS cannot create séries or register them with the AT.
