Tax Free setup incomplete

What you see

In the admin, under Settings → Tax Free, as a card "Tax Free needs attention.", and on the Home page. It says how many items are missing. Code: ZP-TAXFREE-SETUP-INCOMPLETE.

What happened

Tax Free is on, but the Global Blue login or one of the SAGE codes is missing: the VAT-exempt group, or the VAT rate of a zone one of your stores is in (the mainland, Madeira, the Azores). zrsPOS never assumes 23 %.

What to do

Open Settings → Tax Free and complete what is missing: the Global Blue login (the account’s, or each store’s own on its desk), the VAT-exempt group and the VAT rate of each zone. The SAGE codes are in their own section; pick them from the lists zrsPOS reads from your SAGE. Without them Tax Free cannot issue, so no tablet can be paired.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

Partly. For the SAGE codes zrsPOS suggests what it finds; the Global Blue credentials come from Global Blue and are yours to enter.
