The Tax Free form could not be voided

What you see

In the admin under Documents, as a card on Home, and on the Tax Free tile of the POS or in the zrsTaxFree app. Title: “The Tax Free form could not be voided”.

What happened

A return requires voiding the Tax Free form at Global Blue (the traveller can no longer claim the VAT back), and the void failed.

What to do

1. Open the sale’s Tax Free form (its number is in the alert) at Global Blue.
2. Void it there.
3. Go back to the zrsPOS alert and press The form is voided.
4. If Global Blue will not let you void it, talk to Global Blue; zrsPOS’s credit note does not depend on it.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. The void belongs to Global Blue and stays by hand. zrsPOS tries to void it by itself on returns; when that fails, it warns you.
