A test document may be left in SAGE

What you see

On Go live, under "Blocks going live", and on Home under "Needs you": "A test document may be left in SAGE", with the document's number (for example FR LC/2026/1) and the POS sale it was issued for. Going live stays off until it is handled. Code: ZP-TEST-DOCUMENT-LEFT.

What happened

The go-live test issues a real document in your SAGE, reads it back, then cancels it with a credit note. This time zrsPOS could not cancel it, or could not confirm that the credit note was made (SAGE did not answer, or refused it). The test document may still be in SAGE as a real document.

What to do

1. In SAGE, look the document up by its number.
2. If it has no credit note yet, cancel it with a credit note in SAGE. If it is already cancelled, nothing more to do in SAGE.
3. On Go live, mark it as handled. You can type the credit note's number.
4. Then test one sale again.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. zrsPOS never cancels a document on a guess: only you can see in SAGE whether the credit note exists. A new test document is not issued while this one waits.
