What you see

What happened

A test sale for this company has not yet been issued and read back from SAGE.

What to do

1. On the POS of the store that is going live, make a test sale of any item and pay it (cash is fine). Never use a real customer’s sale.
2. In Go live, type that order number (for example #1234) and press Issue test document.
3. Check the invoice in SAGE and the receipt on the till printer. zrsPOS reads the document back from SAGE; only then does the step count as proven.

The test is needed for the first go-live, and again after the SAGE company changes. A shop that was already live and is paused is not asked for a new test to resume.

To cancel the test, cancel or refund the order in Shopify; the credit note issues by itself.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?
