VAT zone not accepted at this store

What you see

On a document that did not issue: in the admin, Documents (the document shows as failed and this title is its probable cause) and on the Home card "Needs attention". At the till, the zrsPOS tile shows it as a line under the sale. The title is exactly: VAT zone not accepted at this store.

What happened

SAGE refused the document because the zone it carried is an EU online-sales zone (OSS, “Não Sujeito”) or an intra-community one, which a store série does not accept. A store's documents carry the store's own VAT zone; with none, SAGE uses the customer's, which can be one of these (a customer the online shop filed under OSS, for example).

What to do

1. Press the card's button (Open the store): it opens the store's page at its VAT zone.
2. Choose the domestic VAT zone (a store in Madeira or the Azores: its island's zone) and save.
3. Press Try again on the document.

Can zrsPOS do it for you?

No. The store's VAT zone is yours to choose from your SAGE's zones. The button on the card takes you straight to the field.
